This Privacy Policy addresses the collection, use, storage, protection and disclosure of personally identifiable information supplied by users through digital services provided by the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago (GoRTT) as represented by the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs (MSYA).

Data is retained only to the extent required to fulfill service obligations or as mandated by legal and administrative requirements of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
Once the purpose for collection has been exhausted and there is no statutory requirement for further retention, personal data will be securely disposed of or de-identified.
The MSYA employs robust physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard against unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information.
The MSYA is committed to safeguarding the security of user information through appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers with legitimate operational requirements.

The MSYA designs, maintains and monitors its systems to ensure that personal information remains protected throughout collection, processing, storage and transmission activities.
Appropriate reviews and security monitoring processes are implemented to support the ongoing integrity and security of the Ministry’s digital services and information systems.
