    Ensures divisions and programmes receive required resources on time, supporting youth initiatives, sporting events, and infrastructure projects.

    Conducts all procurement activities in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act, 2015 (as amended), promoting fair competition and responsible use of public funds.
  • Strategic Planning & Budget Control
    Aligns procurement activities with approved budgets and work plans in collaboration with programme units, Accounts, and Planning.
  • Supplier Engagement & Capacity Building
    Encourages participation of local suppliers, SMEs, and community-based contractors, supporting inclusive economic development.
  • Collaboration & Institutional Alignment
    Works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement decisions support MSYA’s strategic objectives for youth and sport development.
