Larry Gomes Stadium is a multi-purpose sporting facility located in Malabar, Arima, Trinidad and Tobago. The stadium is named in honour of Hilary Angelo “Larry” Gomes, a former West Indies international cricketer who represented the region with distinction. Officially opened on May 15, 2001, the stadium was constructed as part of the national infrastructure development for the 2001 FIFA U-17 Men’s World Championship, hosted by Trinidad and Tobago. It also served as a venue during the 2010 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup.
