On Saturday, December 6, 2025, Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs, the Honourable Phillip Watts, joined Trinidad Tower Cranes Services Limited to celebrate the achievements of trainees from the HOIST Programme and the National Training Agency’s PLAR Youth Initiative. Addressing the graduates, Minister Watts applauded their dedication and drive, noting that their choice of β€œtraining instead of shortcuts and skills instead of excuses” reflects the spirit needed to lift communities and build a stronger nation.
